Aura Dei Wellness specializes in women’s health and midlife wellness, including:
- Disruptive symptoms of menopause and perimenopause (hot flashes, night sweats, mood changes, vaginal discomfort, painful sex, urinary concerns, muscle/joint aches, brain fog, etc.)

- Mild anxiety and depression
- Oral contraceptives
- Uncomplicated urinary tract infections

Do you accept insurance?
No. Aura Dei Wellness is a cash-based practice.
What is included in the Comprehensive Health Assessment?
Your Comprehensive Health Assessment may include two appointments:
- First visit, we’ll review your symptoms and concerns, medical history and determine labs that may be necessary. If additional testing is needed, we’ll discuss your options and order only what’s necessary to guide your care. We will also use this time to determine if we are an appropriate model of care for you. Generally speaking, patients with multiple chronic conditions, or complex medical histories should be managed by their PCP and/or specialist.
- Second visit is the treatment planning which takes place after your laboratory results are available (if needed). During this visit, we’ll review your results, and develop your personalized treatment plan. After that, additional visits for the same issue will be treated as “follow ups”.
Is the Treatment Planning Visit included?
Yes. Your Treatment Planning Visit is included with your Comprehensive Health Assessment at no additional charge.
Is laboratory testing included in the visit fee?
No. Laboratory testing is billed separately.
If laboratory testing is recommended, you may choose to use your health insurance when accepted by the laboratory or pay the laboratory’s self-pay pricing. There is also the option to pay for your labs with Aura Dei Wellness for convenience.
Can I use my insurance for laboratory testing?
Yes, you may choose to use your insurance for laboratory services.
Please note that Aura Dei Wellness cannot verify or guarantee insurance coverage, deductibles, copays, coinsurance, medical necessity determinations, or your final financial responsibility for laboratory testing.
Will you review laboratory results from another provider?
Yes, when clinically appropriate.
Recent, and relevant laboratory results may be reviewed during your Comprehensive Health Assessment at the clinician’s discretion.
Older laboratory results may need to be repeated depending on your clinical situation and current standards of care.
How do I know if Aura Dei Wellness is the right fit for me?
Aura Dei Wellness is a virtual practice designed for selected women’s health concerns.
During the booking process, you’ll complete a brief eligibility screening to help determine whether our practice is an appropriate fit for your healthcare needs. Some medical conditions require in-person evaluation or more comprehensive medical management than can safely be provided virtually.
What happens if I’m not an appropriate candidate for care?
Our priority is ensuring you receive care in the setting that’s most appropriate for your needs.
If, during the scheduling process or your evaluation, we determine that your medical needs fall outside the scope of our practice or require in-person care, we’ll discuss our recommendations with you.
Please note that the Comprehensive Health Assessment is a professional medical evaluation. Once the visit has been completed, the consultation fee is non-refundable regardless of whether treatment is initiated or a referral to another provider is recommended.
Can you prescribe medications?
Yes. When medically appropriate, medications may be prescribed as part of your treatment plan in accordance with Washington State law, current clinical guidelines, and your individual healthcare needs. However, Aura Dei Wellness believes in treating the whole person, and pride ourselves in forming impactful relationships with our patients beyond just medication. We work with you on lifestyle guidance as needed.
Where are appointments conducted?
All appointments are conducted securely by video.
Patients must be physically located in the State of Washington at the time of their appointment.
How often will I need follow-up appointments?
Follow-up recommendations vary depending on your diagnosis, treatment plan, and individual response to therapy.
We’ll discuss an appropriate follow-up schedule based on your specific healthcare needs and current clinical guidelines.
